Prepare for Pickup
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Our logistics partner will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient time for a white-glove pickup from your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
